Abdullah Zaki – Program Director 


Abdullah possesses a robust academic background, highlighted by a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management & Leadership, which he completed between 2017 and 2020, concentrating on advanced business strategies and leadership methodologies. He also holds a Master’s degree in Educational Management from the American University of Afghanistan, awarded in 2015, where he focused on optimizing educational practices. Abdullah earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language & Literature from Nangarhar University, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of language and literary analysis. Additionally, he has a Diploma in Information Technology, obtained in 2003, which has equipped him with vital technical competencies.

Akram Khan Zakee – Head Of Operation



Mr. Akram Khan Zakee is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in Financial and Operational Management. He has worked with various national and international organizations, including the Asian Development Bank, GIZ, Oxfam Novib, and Muslim Hands International. Mr. Zakee has extensive experience managing donor-funded programs from UNICEF, UNESCO, DFID, USAID, and others. He holds an MBA from Kardan University, a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst certification from the Corporate Finance Institute, a Diploma in Business Management from ACCA UK, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Peshawar.

Hadia Khairzada – MEAL Coordinator



Hadia Khairzada holds a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. With five years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, she has worked with both national and international NGOs, contributing to the successful implementation and assessment of various programs. Her expertise includes data collection, analysis, and reporting, helping organizations enhance their project outcomes and impact.

Eng. Mohammad Akbar Stanikzai – Head of Engineering Department  
Eng. Mohammad Akbar Stanikzai is a highly experienced civil engineer with over eighteen years of diverse experience in the education sector, particularly within the Ministry of Education in Afghanistan. His roles have encompassed leadership positions such as Director of Teacher & Training Center and Director for the Education Directorate of Logar province, where he effectively managed the development and implementation of educational programs, curricula, and infrastructure projects. Known for his strong organizational skills, innovative problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work under pressure, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing educational quality and fostering professional relationships within communities.
With a solid academic foundation in civil engineering from Kabul University and extensive training in project management, water supply systems, and micro-hydro power, Eng. Stanikzai possesses a comprehensive skill set that includes excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. He is fluent in multiple languages, enabling him to engage effectively in multicultural environments. His proactive approach to professional development and a genuine passion for uplifting human values make him an ideal candidate for organizations seeking a dedicated and reliable leader in challenging and dynamic settings
