Atifa Sediqi holds a Master’s degree in Law and Political Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Shariah with a specialization in Islamic Jurisprudence, providing a solid academic foundation for her distinguished career in the development and humanitarian sectors.
With over a decade of progressive experience in leadership and project management, Ms. Sediqi has held key positions within both national and international NGOs. She has successfully led the design, implementation, and evaluation of complex programs, with a strong emphasis on accountability, strategic planning, and results-based management.
Her leadership is defined by a data-driven, evidence-based approach, enabling organizations to enhance program effectiveness, optimize resource utilization, and drive sustainable, community-focused impact.
